Make a Hands-On Difference
Community members can volunteer their time at fundraising activities, assist in organizing charity events, or lend a hand in service projects such as packing food baskets or helping at school events. Even if you’re not an official Lions member, volunteering at club events is a great way to support the cause.

Recent Example: Prior to the 2025 Autism Bowling Night, the club invited local volunteers to form teams and help run the event.

Stay Informed: We advertise events on our Facebook page and Instagram, as well as through community flyers. For example, we promoted our spaghetti fundraiser by inviting everyone to “join us on June 9th for delicious food, great entertainment and raffles – including a chance to win a cruise!”

For those interested in a deeper commitment, joining the Lions Club as a member offers the opportunity to become part of something bigger. The Hope for Humanity club is open to new members who are passionate about service.

Fuel Our Projects
As a registered non-profit service club, Lions Club Hope for Humanity accepts donations to fuel our humanitarian projects in Montreal’s east end.
